All booking details will be sent by the E-mail address you’ve placed your order with. You can cancel or change your order through the account you created or by contacting us . We will need your order number to follow up if you contact us by e-mail or by phone .

Refund & Cancellation Policy
A passenger has the right to cancel an advance booking at least 24 hours to the scheduled departure time with refund. There is no refund for less than 24 hours cancellation. Also there is no refund if you are late 15min late or if don’t show up.
A passenger must cancel 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund for the trip.
