It is advised to arrive 15 minutes in advance to your scheduled departure. If you are 15 minutes late, the driver might depart without you. If this results you will not be issued a refund for the trip.
You will receive all booking confirmation through your email address that you provided. You can contact your driver the day before or the day of the trip to confirm when to be at your scheduled departure. If you are a client that has chosen a pick-up location that is between cities, your driver will notify you of the appropriate time to arrive at your scheduled departure.
